Vivolo on Cats at Night: Hispanic Language, Hispanic Culture and Columbus

Speaking on the Cats at Night Show with John Catsimatides, Columbus Heritage Coalition President Angelo Vivolo underscored the need to honor the positive contributions of those native to the land who preceded Columbus. But Vivolo also asks: Why destroy a statue in Newark to the man who united the two worlds, who sailed from Spain, for Spain, bringing the Hispanic culture and language to the Western Hemisphere, and opened a portal for the hundreds of millions of immigrants who followed?
